The flexible rhythm and colourful harmony in Puccini's musical dramaturgy are the basis for the high emotional level of the performance. The dynamic action is aided by the spectacular set design and staging, which makes maximum use of stage technology - a revolving stage, moving and rising platforms, which also change the locations of the action. The plot themes in Bohemi always sound topical. Youthful vitality, belief in the good and the impulse for change lives in each new generation. The world of "Bohemi" is a world full of emerging and professional artists, young people - artists and unique personalities. The works of Toulouse-Lautrec and Paul Cézanne, Antoine Blanchard, and Edouard Cortès, who illustrated Paris at the end of the 19th century, fit organically into the atmosphere of the action. "There is a nostalgic spirit in every painting. It is a world of extraordinary happiness in which death comes when it wants. Puccini's power is to suggest to everyone to relive their lives while sitting in the hall or suffering alone with his music within two hours..." says the production's artist Cataline Ionescu-Arboret.
