Concert-performance with unknown chamber songs by composer Todor Popov and poetry by P. Yavorov, E. B. Dimitrova, A. Raztsentnikov, etc.

Alexandra Dicheva's original project brings together young performers with an attitude towards Bulgarian art song and poetic samples in our national literature. The concert presents works by one of the most outstanding authors of melodic song in Bulgarian music, Todor Popov, unknown to the general public. Key excerpts from the poetry on which each song is based are presented through recitation by the performers. The performances thus unfold into an intriguing musical and poetic spectacle in which the musical language finds an organic blend with the poetic texts. Leading the content is the motif of man's loneliness and his wandering in the deep emotional world.
